StaffBrik is Brikly's staff management module, purpose-built for UK hospitality operators. It brings employee management, rota planning, absence tracking, and labour cost control into one place - so you can spend less time on spreadsheets and more time running your venue.

  • Bradford Factor - a built-in fairness metric for managing short-term absences consistently across your team.
  • Auto-enrolment pensions - track pension opt-in status per employee, with NI category awareness for correct contribution handling.
  • Break regulations - shift creation enforces the Working Time Regulations requirement of a minimum 20-minute break for shifts of six hours or more.
  • NI categories - support for standard (A), under-21 (M), apprentice under 25 (H), and pension-age (C) categories, so payroll handoff is accurate from day one.

StaffBrik is not a payroll system - it prepares accurate data that feeds into your payroll provider (such as Xero). Think of it as the operational layer that sits between your day-to-day scheduling and your monthly pay run.
